Bernie Cooke is a sought after life coach with many years experience coaching & helping people from all walks of life & professions.
Bernie started his training & coaching career in the army, after which he moved into the corporate arena within several multi-national companies in senior learning & development and human resource management positions. He has also worked as a swimming teacher and triathlon coach, and is now actively involved in helping others through his established coaching practice.
He is a father of two boys, has overcome the ups & downs that life throws at all of us, and is considered down to earth and loves life.
